Fixed:
- nVidia nForce APU control panel did not get installed
- when using on a nVidia nForce APU, not only the nVidia drivers got installed, but also the Realtek drivers (and the Realtek control panel). I hacked the Realtek drivers to avoid this. However, this will probably void WHQL driver signing, but there is no better option.
