Changed:
- uses .ini file to define what entries should be added to txtsetup.sif/dosnet.inf to provide textmode mass storage drivers support (Wim Leers)
- disabled the AMCC 3ware 7000/8000 Series ATA RAID Controller textmode mass storage driver (muiz & ruudboek)

Fixed:
- the problems with the Silicon Image 3112r and Silicon Image 3132 by disabling the text mode mass storage driver for the AMCC 3ware 7000/8000 Series ATA RAID Controller (Muiz & Ruudboek)
- several typo's in the HWIDs and 2 typo's in the device names
- JMicron should be working now, altered the HWIDs so the jraid driver will only be activated for the CC_0104 and CC_0106 HWIDs
