Changed:
- removed all Win 9x sys (and/or Win 2K) files if Win XP was available. Of course I kept the 2K sys file if there was no XP sys file available.
- changed the main folder name Drivers into DP, to save space in the OemPnPDriversPath

Fixed:

- the link to the D-Link DFE-690TXD was missing
- 2 Level One driver were missing (FNC-0103FX, FNC-104FX and GNC-0103SX v1.0b)support for all Microsoft NICs

- Realtek 8139(A/B/C/D/8130)/810X/8169/8169S(B)/8110S(B) drivers from 6.18 to 6.20
